News reaching our
newsroom from Njikom in Belo county in the north region confirms that the
Divisional office of Njinikom was razed down by fire last night. This is the
house where the government of Cameroon appointed administrator work. We don’t know
the cause of the fire yet, but a group known as “Ambazonia Nationalistic United
Front” is claiming responsibility on social media. We are still gathering
information on how much destruction has been caused by the fire. From some
sources we learn that it really did serious damage to documents at the D.O
office. No one knows where the D.O will be as from today be administering his
division as LRC calls it.
