Many people living in Southern Cameroons or Ambazonians are asking this question every day. Can they be issued with new identity cards like passport and be able to travel to other countries? The answer is yes! If the recognized governing body of Ambazonia known as SCACUF can issue passports to its citizens they may be able to use it in a limited number of countries. That will be a great start towards the restoration of statehood.
An example of a region that has issued her own citizen with passports is Somaliland. Somaliland is a self-declared state internationally recognized as an autonomous region of Somalia but not a member of the United Nations and not recognized by the Central Somalia government
A holder of a Somaliland passport can travel to the following countries

The government of the de facto state of Somaliland regards itself as the successor state to the former British Somaliland protectorate, which as the State of Somaliland United as scheduled on 1 July 1960 with the Trust Territory of Somaliland. This is no too different from the history of Ambazonia

We have seen photos of Ambazonian passports online. SCACUF which is the governing body of Ambazonia just need to fulfill a few conditions and start issuing passports.
SCACUF need to come out with a complete constitution. The Constitution is important because it protects individual freedom, and its fundamental principles that will govern Ambazonia.
The Constitution places the government's power in the hands of the citizens. It limits the power of the government and establishes a system of checks and balances. Note that in present day Ambazonia, citizens are bound by the Cameroon constitution that protects only the head of State.
The constitution gives people hope and a goal. Ambazonian need testimonies of fellow citizens living abroad using Ambazonian passports.
